Section 1: Definitions & Interpretation
The following words and terms used in this document carry specific meanings. These definitions apply throughout the terms and conditions.
- "Platform" refers to the ber99 website, mobile version, and all associated services.
- "User" or "You" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, who accesses the platform.
- "Account" refers to your personal account registered on ber99, through which you can access all services.
- "Bonus" refers to any welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, or other promotional benefit offered by ber99.
- "Wagering Requirement" refers to the condition of placing a specified amount in bets before winnings earned from a bonus can be withdrawn.
- "Taka / ৳ / BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, which is the only accepted currency on this platform.
Section 2: Eligibility & Age Requirement
Meeting the following eligibility criteria is mandatory to use the ber99 platform. Creating an account or using the services without meeting these criteria is strictly prohibited.
- You must be at least 21 years of age and be able to prove your age when required.
- You must reside in an area where online gaming is legally permitted or not prohibited.
- The same individual may not create more than one account — a maximum of one account per person is allowed.
- You must register using your own real identity and information — using false or another person's information is strictly prohibited.
- You must be of sound mind and not currently undergoing treatment for gambling addiction.
- You have read these terms, fully understood them, and are giving your consent voluntarily.
Section 3: Account Registration & Management
3.1 Registration Process
You must provide accurate and complete information when opening an account on ber99. Any changes to the information provided at registration must be reported to our support team immediately. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination, and funds may be forfeited.
3.2 Account Security
- It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
- You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account, including any use by a third party.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].
- Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
- Only one account may be operated per household or device.
3.3 Verification (KYC)
ber99 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Documents such as a national ID card, passport, or driving license, among other valid documents, may be requested for verification. Withdrawal options may be limited until verification is complete.
Section 4: Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on ber99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We are committed to ensuring safe and fast payment processing.
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
- Deposited funds must come only from a payment source owned by the account holder.
- Deposits in the name of or using funds from a third party are strictly prohibited.
- Successful deposits are generally reflected in the account immediately.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals are sent only to the payment method used for the deposit.
- Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed in processing until full verification is complete.
- ber99 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold in cases of suspected suspicious activity.
Section 5: Bonuses & Promotional Offers
ber99 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, and ber99 reserves the right to modify or cancel them at any time.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
- Welcome bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
- Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
- Example: ৳22,000 deposit → maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳37,000.
- Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
- The welcome bonus is activated with the first deposit only; it does not apply to subsequent deposits.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The specified wagering must be completed before funds earned from a bonus can be withdrawn. ber99's wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the combined total of deposit and bonus).
5.3 VIP Program
ber99's VIP program has four tiers. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play.
- Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.1%.
- Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5% — the highest tier.
5.4 Bonus Cancellation Conditions
ber99 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in the following circumstances: operating multiple accounts, violating bonus terms, suspected fraud, or providing false information regarding applicable terms.
Section 6: Gaming Rules
All games on ber99 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined through encrypted Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and immutable.
- Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting the game.
- In the case of an incomplete round due to a technical issue or disconnection, the resolution will be determined by ber99.
- Any winnings paid out due to a programming error or display bug may be considered void.
- Playing the same game simultaneously in multiple tabs or on multiple devices is prohibited.
- Any attempt to manipulate or influence game outcomes may result in account termination.
- Sports betting markets are shown as general examples for illustration — specific matches or odds are subject to change.
Section 7: Responsible Gaming
ber99 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or addiction.
- ber99 provides the option to temporarily or permanently restrict an account at any player's request.
- Deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options can be activated.
- Parents are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing the platform.
- If signs of addiction appear, help should be sought from a registered professional organization.
- Play only with money you can afford to lose — not with money needed for daily living expenses.

Section 8: Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ber99 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension or termination, and funds may be forfeited.
- Creating multiple accounts or attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Using another person's personal information or payment method.
- Attempting to manipulate the platform's software, systems, or game outcomes.
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play or place bets.
- Coordinated activity or attempting to influence the platform as a group.
- Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
- Abusive, insulting, or threatening behavior toward ber99 staff.
- Any attempt to exploit cybersecurity vulnerabilities in the platform.
Section 9: Intellectual Property
All content displayed on the ber99 platform — including logos, trademarks, designs, software, text, graphics, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of ber99 or its licensors.
- Copying, distributing, or using any platform content for commercial purposes without prior permission is prohibited.
- Unauthorized use of the ber99 trademark or logo is punishable by law.
- Permission is granted solely to view content for personal and non-commercial purposes.
- Game content is the property of the respective game developers and their own terms and conditions apply.
Section 10: Limits of Liability
ber99 makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, our liability is limited in the following matters.
- ber99 is not responsible for any loss caused by internet disconnection, server issues, or technical problems on the part of third parties.
- ber99 is not responsible for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
- We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by problems with the user's own device or network.
- Financial losses arising from game outcomes are at the user's own risk — ber99 does not guarantee any winnings.
- ber99 is not responsible for delayed transactions caused by issues with third-party payment providers.

Section 13: Changes to Terms
ber99 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Changes will be published on the platform before they take effect.
- Registered users will be notified by email in the case of significant changes.
- Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
- The most recently effective terms will always be available on this page.
- If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request that your account be closed.
